R-Tile ESD Flooring is made with special a compound that is injected moulded.

This method ensures that the product has ESD properties and is guaranteed for life.

R-Tile ESD floor tile disperses static. These floor systems are also known as a conductive. Therefore this is an ideal solution for companies working with electronics, for military use storing explosives, server farms and pharmaceutical manufacturing to name but a few.

The R-Tile ESD tile is manufactured from hardwearing PVC, R-Tile ESD floor tiles are chemical and oil resistant, require minimal upkeep and are available in textured finish offering excellent anti-slip properties. Available in 5mm, 7mm (textured only). R-Tile floor tiles are tough and versatile enough to cope with any industrial environment, having proven their suitability inside some of Europe’s leading manufacturing and engineering companies.

The R-Tile ESD surface resistance falls between 3.0 x 104 ohm and 3.4 x 105 ohm. The contact resistance falls between 3.6 x 105 ohm and 9.5 x 105 ohm. R-Tile ESD comes with a lifetime guarantee that it will retain its anti-static performance and, if grounded in accordance with our instructions and maintained properly, the tiles will create a safe conductive floor surface that can be used as your primary ground.
